What Information do we Collect?
We may collect both personally identifiable information about you and non-personally identifiable information about your visit when you access our Site.
Personally Identifiable Information: The personally identifiable information we collect includes information you submit to us. Non-personally Identifiable Information: The non-personally identifiable information we collect includes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, which is usually associated with the place from which you enter the Internet. Our service may also collect your browser type and version, the operating system your computer or other device is running, and other site visit data such as the pages you view, the referring page that linked you to us (e.g., another Web site or a search engine), information you search for, information you click on, the average time spent on our Site, and the web site you visit after this Site. Much of this information is tracked through log files, which are stored on All My Web Needs, our Company’s servers, and/or 3rd party tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more. As explained herein, we may link this information with your personal information when we feel that it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules and policies, terms of service, license agreements or to protect our Sites, customers, or others.

How is Your Information Used?
Personally Identifiable Information: Premier considers the personally identifiable information contained in our business records to be confidential. We will not sell, rent, or share your personally identifiable information with unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy and in accordance with the services we advertise, offer, and promote on the Site. We may use your personally identifiable information such as your Contact information to send you confirmation notices regarding services you have requested, market and improve Premier services, transact business with Premier customers, contact you with updates to and information about Premier’s services and communication platforms, assess and monitor user experience, conduct other Premier marketing, promotional, and informational activities, and help better understand the effectiveness of Premier’s content and messaging provided through the Site and communication platforms. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email.
Non-personally Identifiable Information: Non-personally identifiable information collected about your site visits and certain aggregated demographic information will be used for advertising and marketing and to allow us to better understand the entire audience that is visiting the Site. Except as noted herein we track and record IP addresses that access the Site for reporting and profiling purposes only. We monitor and analyze this information to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of the Site and better tailor the Site to our visitors’ needs. We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, gather broad demographic information, and administer our Site.
Sharing with Service Providers: To do all of the things described above, we may share your personally identifiable information with our business partners who aid in the performance of the services we offer through the Site and others who work for us such as service providers, vendors, contractors and agents (collectively “Service Providers”). Information Posted to Public Forums: This Site may at some or all times makes forums, public commenting and/or message boards, available to its users either directly or indirectly through the Site. The Site login currently provides users with access to several Premier applications. Other applications require separate registrations. In the future, Premier may add other features to those accessed through the Site login.
What About Cookies?
A cookie is a piece of information that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie allows Premier to determine that a visit has occurred within our Site, as well as which pages were viewed. Cookies are not used to identify you and will not collect personal information. The safeguards in place include multi-layer anti-hacker security and malicious country blocking on the content delivery network, host server stack, and within each install itself. Each site also receives login monitoring, malware scans, & code repository comparisons for all software on a daily basis. All My Web Needs and/or Premier also will report any actual or suspected data breaches in accordance with applicable law. The information you provide to us is kept on file in perpetuity unless manually deleted. You have the right to request your personally identifiable information at any time. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and complete. However, you can ask use to update or amend the information we have if you believe it is inaccurate. You have the right to request All My Web Needs to erase/delete your personally identifiable information at any time. We may ask for your consent to process your personally identifiable data in specific cases. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Ally My Web Needs and/or Premier will stop the further processing as soon as possible after the withdrawal of your consent. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before consent was withdrawn.
